Soma yoga uses sensory motor learning to gain increased voluntary control of your muscles. Based on somatics, the aim is to develop neural pathways from brain to muscle in order to release tension and stiffness, and to adopt a wider range of motion. This style of yoga is gentle and slow. We welcome all levels of fitness, flexibility, and experience!
